American fans,
As you know the United States is a very large country and as a result, it's going to be difficult for us to spread information rapidly and efficiently. We are going to need the help of many other fans to promote Versailles, gain new supporters, and participate in projects.
If you are interested in helping us out please send us an email at VPQUiSA@hotmail.com. Include your name and where you're from so we can add you to our contact list and email you updates on projects and any other important information we need to send directly.
In addition to spreading news about our projects amongst existing fans in your area, we expect these people to create new Versailles fans. Versailles hasn't come back to the United States because of our very sparse fanbase, so let's show them what we're made of, America! Let's bring Versailles back!

Formed in 2007, Versailles -Philharmonic Quintet- is a Japanese, Visual Kei band whose concept is to achieve "absolute beauty and extreme aestheticism" both visually, and through their music. Their most notable attributes are their French rococo- inspired costumes, duel guitar sound, and heavy but melodic compositions.
Is that really why they haven't come back? BUMMER. It does seem tough to get any support for any bands here that don't speak English, with some exception in Spanish-language communities. Such BS. People don't know what they're missing!
ReplyDeleteI have a tight schedule right now because of clinicals, but once I have a bit more free time, I'll be signing up to help out. I don't care if I have to dress up and hand out fliers on the street, I wanna get the word out!

ReplyDeleteshould i rally my friends and clog up the office until we can convince the school to play versailles on the announcements(the school has a population of a few thousand...)? so far i've only been able to tell friends and family about them, but would that help? if theres not an age limit(like:you must be 18 or older to sign up. 'cause i'm a highschooler) i'll sign up and gladly do anything i can to help:)
ReplyDeleteHi Victoria, there's no age limit really, since you're old enough to register for an e-mail account it's perfectly fine. Thank you for lending your support. You've suggested a creative way to promote that we had not thought about. If you can do so safely without getting into trouble then go for it! :D
DeleteHey Helping out as much as we can!! Sending emails and such. Funny story our group was dressed up in VK attire and we were on the streets playing Versailles music on our little stereo and a lot of people that were walking by asked who they were!!! They seemed intested in the music so hopefully we are spreading the fan base a little more :)
